Profile Pic.jpgMy name is María Florencia Borrello. I earned my B.A. in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at the I. E. S. en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández" [Institute of Higher Education in Modern Languages] in Buenos Aires City, Argentina, in 2004. In 2012, I completed Graduate Studies at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias [National University of the Coastal City of Santa Fe, School of Humanities and Sciences], focusing my dissertation on Postmodern Anglophone Literature and Mash up Fiction. I have taught Postmodern Literature and New Writing in English as an Assistant Lecturer at the I. E. S. en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández" [Institute of Higher Education in Modern Languages] and have published some of my articles on Literature. In 2012 and 2013, I worked as a Spanish Foreign Language Teaching Assistant at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio, U.S.A. At present, I am pursuing my Erasmus Mundus Master Programme Crossways in Cultural Narratives at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Spain, at the University of Saint Andrews in Scotland, and at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo in Italy. I am also an in-company EFL trainer and ESP teacher at the University of Buenos Aires, School of Engineering. I have experience teaching all age groups and English levels, at private bilingual and state schools, as well as at several language institutes in Argentina.
